Orders can only be made via the website www.zigmundo.dk. See how to place your order here: You find the desired product(s) and add them to the basket. There is no minimum amount. Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your order via e-mail. Together with your delivery, you will receive e.g. a delivery note. 
Payments
When you as a private customer shop on zigmundo.dk, you must use a payment card or another verified payment platform. You can use the following payment methods: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Shoppay, Googlepay, Applepay, Mobilepay. 
To protect your card information and data, the payment is handled by an approved and certified payment module provider, which ensures that all information is processed, encrypted and sent via a secure connection SLL, so that neither we nor others can access your card information. 
Prices
All prices on zigmundo.dk are incl. VAT and other taxes. To this must be added a possible delivery fee, see below in the section "Delivery". You can keep track of the total amount of your purchases excl. any delivery fee, in the shopping cart at the top of the page. Prices change continuously in relation to the general price development and offer campaigns. Your price will always be the price that applied at the time of ordering. 
Delivery
Delivery time is 2-5 business days under normal circumstances. Longer delivery times can be expected during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, as well as during the high season from October to December. Finally, contact us if you have a deadline to meet so we can arrange this.

Complaint
All deliveries are hand-packed in our warehouse and in the process are checked for defects before they are delivered to you. If you still receive an item that does not live up to your expectations, we would very much like to hear from you so that we can correct the error. All complaints must be made as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. 
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
foodmood Nordic ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Since Zigmundo Gourmet Popcorn is food, there is basically no right of withdrawal.

Personal data - Registration of data
When you place an order on zigmundo.dk, you must provide name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment information. We need this information to be able to deliver your goods and keep you informed of your order. The information is stored securely and treated confidentially in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
We process this personal information in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction, as well as a limited period afterwards, to ensure that everything goes as it should. As soon as this information / data is no longer needed, it will be deleted from our system.
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping company for the purpose of delivering your purchases.
The GDPR Act distinguishes between "General Information" and "Personal Information". foodmood Nordic ApS does not store "Personally sensitive information", as this is not necessary to be able to execute a transaction. All data will only be used after the user's own approval and will not be passed on to others. foodmood Nordic ApS uses this data to place orders and systematize the trade we have with our consumers. Data we store in this connection: Name, Email, Telephone number, Address, CVR number, EAN number. This data is stored until there is no longer a basis for trading or receiving marketing material.
